MacMillan Associates is located in Bay City, Michigan, in the heart of Mid-Michigan near Saginaw and Midland, and in close proximity to the Northern woods while only ninety minutes from Metro Detroit.

Bay City and Bay County have rich histories in the lumber industry, ship building and automobile manufacturing.

 

The Great Lakes Bay Region is growing quickly and is known for its many festivals which occur almost weekly in the summer. Bay City boasts the Midland Street Entertainment District, several antique warehouses located Downtown among many specialty shops, historic districts with Victorian homes and several restored 19th Century structures along with beautiful waterfront parks. The Uptown development hosts high-end restaurants, Dow Chemical and other corporate offices, a Courtyard hotel and condominiums along the Saginaw River. 

 

The Great Lakes Bay Region is acclaimed for year-round fishing on Saginaw Bay as well our local rivers and streams, which also provide many summer boating opportunites. Just north of Bay City, the Bay City State Recreation Area hosts one of the best state campgrounds along with the Tobico Marsh Interpretive Center.
